Hannessey    Venom  GT    vs Koenigsegg Regera Hannessey Venom GT The Hennessey Venom GT is a two-seater, longitudinally-mounted mid-rear engine, rear-wheel drive, two-door super sports car produced by American manufacturer Hennessey Performance Engineering.  It was unveiled to the public on March 29, 2010. Hennessey manufactures the engines at its Sealy, Texas, facility, which is shipped on cargo planes to the assembly plant near Silverstone, England, where it is built and tested.  The Venom GT buyer is given a one-day driving instruction and orientation by a Hennessey factory test driver on a track in the UK or US prior to delivery. Hennessey planned to establish a Venom GT dealer network in the Middle East, Europe, Russia, Australia and Asia.  Production was limited to only 10 vehicles per year.
